We work with an authorized payment agent to check directly with your bank that the card is valid for purchases. We accurately process your card details according to the international security standard PCI DSS, which was developed by the card companies VISA, MasterCard, Diners, American Express and JCB. This means that your card details are processed with a very high security level and will not be read by external parties.

Our prices do not include value-added tax (VAT), import duties or other taxes and charges. We ship from Hong Kong.

Please note that the delivery time is affected by customs and local postal services. There may also be delays due to COVID-19 and holidays. Accuracy of delivery address and contact information provided also influence the delivery timings (and possibility of delivery).

Please note, we are unable to cancel or modify your order once it's placed.

We ship our devices worldwide.

We don't ship to some countries due to COVID-19 and its restrictions. Once delivery becomes possible, we will announce it in email and social media.

We ship from Hong Kong.

As our prices do not include value added tax (VAT), import duties or other taxes and charges, you may be charged custom duties and taxes upon your order arrival.

We usually ship orders within 1-3 business days after purchase (excluding holidays). Now this time is increased to 10 business due to the sale campaign.

Once you have placed an order, we will send you a confirmation email. After your package has left our warehouse, we will send you another email with the tracking number. After you have received your tracking number, you can follow the delivery stages on the shipping companies website to estimate when your product will arrive.

If, for some reason, your parcel isn't delivered within 12 weeks, then please contact us via email support@playtronica.com, and we will send another order out to you ASAP.

Once your order is placed, we do our best to prepare it for shipment as soon as possible.

After you place order, we are unable to cancel or modify it. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause, please see our return and exchange policy below.

Please note

- We are not responsible for deliveries that were attempted but not successful because there was no one home or available to give a signature. In this case we can refund the device cost, but not the delivery cost.

- We are not responsible for incorrect addresses entered into our shipping form. Once your order is placed, we can't correct the delivery address.

- We are not responsible for delays caused by customs, or unexpected postal delivery delays such as local postal backlogs, strikes or local problems of delivery companies.

- We always try our best to estimate the shipping time and communicate with complete transparency with our customers, but sometimes unforeseen problems occur.

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES


You can return unused devices within 30 days after the delivery date. Exchange of a Playtronica device is possible only within 90 days period after delivery.

Returns are only accepted within 30 days after the delivery date. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. 

The customer covers the cost of delivery of the returned package.

Exchange can be done within 90 days after the delivery date.

If you believe you have a defective product, please contact us at support@playtronica.com.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

When approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original payment method. Now the processing time is increased to 20-25 business days (excluding holidays).
