Pay securely with PayPal, credit card, Apple and Google Pay. We accept payments by Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, JCB, Diners Club, American Express.

Our prices don't include VAT.

We do not charge any additional fees, but the amount of your order may vary due to currency conversion. We use Russian rubles as the main currency of our site and a converter for the convenience of users. When paying on the site - you are also charged in Russian rubles.

We work with an authorized payment agent to check directly with your bank that the card is valid for purchases. We accurately process your card details according to the international security standard PCI DSS, which was developed by the card companies VISA, MasterCard, Diners, American Express and JCB. This means that your card details are processed with a very high security level and will not be read by external parties.

Shipping policy

We ship our devices worldwide for free.

Delivery takes between 3 and 8 weeks after shipment, depending on your location. Please be aware that COVID-19, weather, shipping holidays, peak shipping seasons, and incorrect billing information can delay your order's shipment.

Unfortunately, due to COVID-19 and its restrictions, delivery to some countries is not possible.

We don't ship to some countries due to COVID-19 and its restrictions. Once delivery becomes possible, we will announce it in email and social media.

Currently, we ship from Russia, but we plan to export from other countries very soon.

We usually ship orders within 1-3 business days after purchase (excluding holidays). This time can increase up to 10 business days during sale campaigns.

Once you have placed an order, we will send you a confirmation email. After your package has left our warehouse, we will send you another email with the tracking number. After you have received your tracking number, you can follow the delivery stages on the shipping companies website to estimate when your product will arrive.

If, for some reason, your parcel isn't delivered within 12 weeks, then please contact us via email support@playtronica.com, and we will send another order out to you ASAP.

Parcels are usually delivered to the post office in your given ZIP code. However, in some countries, they're delivered to the recipient's home directly. Please ask the post service in your country if you're unsure.

In some countries, post offices won't send notifications when the parcel arrives, so be sure to check order updates via the tracking number every week until it comes.

Once the order arrives in the destination country, please contact the local post service or customs directly with questions, from then on, they're in charge of the parcel; it's not something we can help with unfortunately.

Returns and exchanges

You can return unused devices within 30 days after the delivery date. Exchange of a Playtronica device is possible only within 90 days period after delivery.

Returns are only accepted within 30 days after the delivery date. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. 

The customer covers the cost of delivery of the returned package.

Exchange can be done within 90 days after the delivery date.

If you believe you have a defective product, please contact us at support@playtronica.com.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

When approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original payment method within 3-10 business days (excluding holidays).
