MIDI Marshmellow™
Some of the best MIDI controllers ever made have one flaw: they only speak USB. Your synth speaks MIDI. Normally a computer has to sit between them, translating.
The MIDI Marshmellow is that translator — shrunk to pocket size and given a face. Plug your USB keyboard, pad controller or sequencer into the USB-C host port between its feet, connect MIDI to your synth, feed it 5 V from any USB-C power source: a charger, a power bank, whatever is nearby. That’s the whole setup. No drivers, no configuration, nothing to install. Power up and play.
The cheeks do the talking. With a USB device connected, both cheeks glow steadily — ready. Every MIDI message makes them dip dark for a blink: quick dark blinks mean MIDI is flowing. ♪ Left cheek is MIDI In, right cheek is MIDI Out. No device connected? The Marshmellow breathes slowly and waits for you.
And when we teach it new tricks, firmware updates are simple drag-and-drop — all you need is a MIDI cable. No special tools, no opening the case.
